These files are Mathematica notebooks for figures in the Supplementary Material for the article, “Holobiont Evolution: Population Theory for the Hologenome” by Joan Roughgarden for The American Naturalist. They have been checked on Sept. 28, 2022 with Mathematica Version 13.1.0.0. Notebooks that are duplicates in the sense of producing identical figures except for initial conditions or different parameter values are omitted. To run, click on a notebook file. It will open in Mathematica. In the Evaluation tab, click on Evaluate Notebook. The notebook should run uninterrupted and the figure(s) will be displayed along with other related output. Then the figures can either be explicitly exported or copied and pasted as pdf, tiff or jpg etc
